After teaching high school English for thirty years, I finally have time to do anything I want; in retirement, the world is truly one’s oyster. I love reading, researching, traveling, history, photography, nature, genealogy, art, and anything creative. In addition to serving on the Friends of Historic Woolsey nonprofit board, I also volunteer on my local library board.

As a great, great, great granddaughter of Rev. Dr. I. G. Woolsey, I'm honored to be a part of Friends of Historic Woolsey. My hope is that the church and cemetery are just the beginning of what we can achieve by working together, united by our common goals.
