Woolsey, Georgia

With families moving to the counties surrounding Atlanta, both Woolsey and Fayette County continue to grow. Today, Woolsey’s 226 residents cherish the town motto, “Where Life is Slower and Simpler.” As the smallest town in Fayette County, Woolsey holds a unique place within the greater Metro Atlanta region.

This collection of photographs captures moments from Woolsey’s past and present, preserving glimpses of the people, places, and memories that have shaped our community.
