Friends of Historic Woolsey lovingly remembers Jim Minter (October 22, 1930 – May 27, 2026) and the invaluable contributions he made to preserving our community's history.

Jim generously shared his memories of Inman and Woolsey, helping us better understand the people, places, and stories that shaped our town. His knowledge, kindness, and willingness to help were instrumental as we worked to piece together the puzzle of Woolsey's past.

Through his recollections, connections were made, questions were answered, and a richer picture of our local heritage emerged. We are deeply grateful for the time he spent with us and for the legacy of memories he leaves behind.

Jim's stories will continue to be part of the history we preserve and share with future generations. Our thoughts are with his family and friends. He will be fondly remembered and greatly missed.
